Donation Refund Policy

We value every donation, as it helps us support those in need. However, refunds for donations will only be processed under exceptional circumstances, such as a duplicate transaction or incorrect payment amount.

Conditions for Refunds

Refund requests for monetary donations must meet the following conditions:

• The request is made within 7 days of the donation date.
• The request includes valid details such as transaction ID, donor name, and reason for the refund.
