Slum Feeding & Nutrition Program – SRSHTI Dehradun

Our Slum Feeding & Nutrition Program is dedicated to fighting hunger with dignity and responsibility. We don’t just distribute food — we ensure that every meal served is nutritious, hygienic, and thoughtfully prepared to support better health.

Over the past year, we have reached families across 15–20+ slum areas in Dehradun, serving children, elderly individuals, daily wage workers, and vulnerable households who struggle to access regular, balanced meals.

We understand that hunger is not only about an empty stomach — it leads to weakness, illness, and loss of hope. That is why our focus is on providing balanced meals that include essential nutrients, helping improve energy levels, immunity, and overall well-being.

Each plate we serve carries:

Our volunteers work consistently on the ground to identify high-need areas, ensure safe food preparation, and distribute meals with compassion and respect.

Our mission remains clear:

No one should sleep hungry. No one should suffer due to lack of nutrition.

Food & Nutrition Support for Underprivileged Families

Through regular food distribution drives, SRSHTI Dehradun continues to extend support to families living in difficult conditions across multiple slum communities.
