Free Health Camp – Patel Nagar, Dehradun

Community Wellness in Action

On 31st March 2024, SRSHTI proudly organized a Free Health Camp at Patel Nagar,
Dehradun, aimed at bringing quality healthcare to the doorstep of those who need it the most.

With the support of local volunteers, medical professionals, and generous donors, the camp
provided free medical consultation and free medicine distribution to the community. The
event saw an inspiring turnout, with around 100 individuals receiving checkups for a range of
health concerns — from chronic illnesses and general fatigue to blood pressure and diabetes
screenings.

Our dedicated medical team ensured that every patient was examined thoroughly, and the right
guidance and treatment were offered. For many, it was their first interaction with a doctor in
months or even years.

Essential medicines were distributed on the spot, ensuring that people didn’t just leave with
advice, but with real solutions in hand.

“This camp reminded us that compassion and care can go a long way,” said one of the
volunteers.
“Seeing people walk away with hope in their eyes was the biggest reward.”

Events like these reaffirm our commitment to accessible, inclusive, and dignified healthcare
for all. At SRSHTI, we believe that no one should suffer just because they cannot afford
treatment.
