That’s why we have taken the step to fight hunger and support the future of our children through our Food Donation Program.

Through the Slum Feeding Program, Srshti reaches out to 10–12 underprivileged communities in Dehradun and nearby areas. Our volunteers work every day to provide hot, nutritious meals to children and families who cannot afford food. For these children, the food is not just a plate of rice or chapati—it is hope, health, and a chance for a better tomorrow.

In the past year alone, Srshti has served meals in more than 15–20 slum areas, offering help where it is most needed. Our goal is simple: no one should go to bed hungry. The meals we serve are made with care and love, ensuring they meet the basic nutrition needs of growing children and hardworking families.

2. Health Camps: Free Checkups, Free Medicines

But we know that food is only one part of the bigger picture. Good health is also important. Many people in these poor areas cannot afford to see a doctor, even when they are sick. That’s why Srshti organizes free health camps regularly in the slum areas where we serve food.
