One of Dehradun’s youngest and most dedicated social workers, Jasleen Kaur is the visionary behind Sardar Ranjodh Singh Health and Trainings Initiative (SRSHTI). With a background as a Company Secretary, she stepped away from corporate life to serve society.

Through her leadership, SRSHTI empowers underprivileged lives with healthcare, education, and skill-building. Her compassion fuels real, lasting change.

Dr. Navjot

Dr. Navjot is the visionary co-founder of SRSHTI, an organization dedicated to transforming the lives of underserved communities. With a background in medicine and a deep passion for social service, Dr. Navjot founded Srishti to provide healthcare, education, and nutrition to those in need.

Under his leadership, the organization has launched numerous health camps, supported the education of underprivileged children, and distributed nutritious food to destitute families. Driven by his belief that "change begins with compassion," Dr. Navjot continues to inspire and lead efforts to create lasting, positive change for marginalized communities.
